Spring supports and hangers are used for steam water pipes or boiler equipment in power plant, thermal displacement in operation and equipment. According to the working and thermal displacement requirements of the spring support and hanger determined by the calculation of the pipeline stress, the factory sets the spring support and hanger according to the design load: that is, the spring is preloaded and placed at the position of the cold load; At the same time, the theoretical working position in the cold state is marked.
1. The spring sleeve of the spring support and hanger is depressed to block the up and down displacement of the indicator board;
2. The reason for the spring is that in the manufacturing process, when the upper and lower separation cutting is carried out, the cutting surface has a slope. When it is installed into the spring support and hanger sleeve, it will be directly skewed, and the indicator board will also be skewed to form a jam.
3. When installing the spring support and hanger, the horizontal plane is uneven, there is an oblique angle during installation, and the spring working tension is vertical, which directly supports the indicator board and fails to work.
The above phenomenon will make the spring support and hanger lose the function of protecting the pipeline, and change the force of rigid support and hanger. One of the reasons to solve the above problem is to carry out pressure test in the original factory, solve and replace the problem in time, and make appropriate adjustment according to the site conditions during installation.
