Spring hanger is a kind of device which controls the displacement of pipeline in the range of allowable value by using the principle of mechanics. That is to say, the installation of spring supports and hangers is a strong guarantee for the pipeline with displacement changes. So the correct installation of spring supports and hangers is of great significance for the safety of the pipeline.

　　I'm here to briefly introduce the four precautions about the installation of spring supports and hangers, hoping to provide some help for the safe operation of your pipeline.

　　1. The installation of spring supports and hangers must be in accordance with the installation load provided by the manufacturer. The upper and lower positioning blocks are used to fix the indicator board of spring supports and hangers in the position corresponding to the installation load, so that the constant force spring supports and hangers are temporarily in a rigid state.

　　2. After cleaning and hydrostatic test, the pipeline can be put into normal use only after the lower, upper and lower positioning blocks are taken out.

　　3. When starting to run the pipeline, check the indicator board for jamming during the displacement from installation load to working load.

　　4. If the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement value meets the design value when checking the working load of the constant force spring support and hanger. If there is a gap, stop the pipeline operation immediately and carry out the rectification work.
